OVERVIEW

S.K. Kravare is a lowly Czech Republic club based in the Moravian-Silesian region. The club is currently in the Group E of the Moravian-Silesian section of the League pyramid.

In 1998/1999 season, S.K. Kravare first played at the 4th level and finished a creditable 6th out of 16 sides. Their record of 44 points was someway off the promotion places but they did consolidate their place.

Kravare managed to improve next season as they finished 5th with a points haul of 49. Once again they were not serious contenders for promotion but did make everyone in the division take notice of their intentions.

In 2001/2002 season, there was flirtation with disaster as the club came within a game of losing their 4th level status. They eventually finished 11th to ensure safety.

Next season saw them finish in 4th place, their highest ever position, although once again they were way behind the last promotion chasing side. Their points total of 48 was a distinct improvement over last season.

This season, they are once again in the top half of the table and are looking to put pressure on their rivals.

Kravare share their stadium with the 3rd level side, F.C. Banik Ostrava B, who play at the 3rd level. It seems Kravare are getting ready to join their neighbors in competition in the near future.
